![]() I bought Original Sin 2 and have put in over 100 hours into it. ![]() The permutation full screen to windowed/emluated full screen in graphics option crash brutaly the game (already 4 times for me). The 3-4 first are ok but finally, it freeze and you have to kill the process manually. Multiple alt-tab sequence tends to freeze the game after some ping-pong. the cloud saving in Gog Galaxy is really too long (ie 4 to 15 min) - It might be a galaxy purpose, but I do not have such latency with other Galaxy games. (Sorry for assuming you have the sequel and have played already). What's your opinion on the sequel also? I know it's recently released, but how does it compare? Is it buggy or is it a stable release? I will be sure to check it out without mods first. Wow, that's great to hear! Thanks for the response. The only game I like better in terms of turn-based battle is DnD's "Temple of Elemental Evil", but it is very short and greatly lacks story - unlike D:OS EE. Though I'm playing the same areas, the loot in chests is random so you get different things, the different ways to create your characters and later your party is fun as you will have to strategize fights differently, and the different skills you choose add great variety. Kmh12177: I love the game so much I've played through at least 10 times. If you like turn-based rpg's with amazing strategic ways of beating encounters, this is the best. I would advise to play the game without mods first though, except maybe a faster move speed or something similar that doesn't change things as much as epic encounters does. you'll figure it out after playing and learning the game a bit ) but there is still a great thing you can do if you get it and stay with 4 characters. And there is a version you can get with the great changes it makes (back-stabbing rogues become very badass) without increasing the difficulty - also there is a 6 character party version (only if you use the keyboard - can only have the standard 4 character party with a gamepad due to the different interface. ![]() There are many good mods on the Nexus for it, the best being "Epic Encounters" imo. Just saying because I did it myself many times once I understood the strengths of certain classes.Ĭrafting can be tedious but it's worth it imo, especially if you have an archer or a grenade user. You will likely start a game, then while shortly into it and start to understand the fundamentals and usefulness of different character builds, restart the game with better starting characters in mind. The game came out in 2014, any that were have long been fixed. Though I'm playing the same areas, the loot in chests is random so you get different things, the different ways to create your characters and later your party is fun as you will have to strategize fights differently, and the different skills you choose add great variety.īugs? None. ![]() I love the game so much I've played through at least 10 times. ![]()
